  • So sad to write this review, but had to share my unfortunate experience with fellow Yelp-ers. Stopped by this store a few weeks ago to look around with my husband and were told by a seemingly friendly staff member that our Tiffany wedding jewelry looked like it needed a cleaning, but that would take THREE hours. We didn't ask why, just said 'OK' and kept walking through the store. When we returned home we contacted our local T&CO here in the D.C.-area and our contact said this was absurd - the cleaning takes 10-15 minutes tops. We're loyal T&CO customers but definitely will not be returning to this location in the future.
