  • I cannot say enough about the great and expeditious service I received at Premier Smiles of Charlotte! I was actually traveling from out of town visiting my friends when I felt this sharp sensation near my wisdom tooth. The pain was borderline unbearable and could not wait until my return home :( After Googling some options, I ended up at Premier Smiles. Even though I was in pain and clearly agitated, the receptionist was very calm and walked me through the check-in process. Once I was checked in, I was worried it would take a long time since I was technically a walk-in...but within 10-15 minutes I was sitting in a chair waiting on Dr. Edwards. Dr. Edwards was simply amazing--after examining me, she explained to me why I was in pain and what I needed to get done. After she finished performing the work to help alleviate my pain, she advised me on aftercare--which really impressed me because some doctors rush out when they finish procedures. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. I don't live in Charlotte, but if I did, I would highly recommend Dr. Edwards and her staff!
