  • They have a beer list as long as my arm, but they're not the only place in town with a massive selection. (Maybe for the Belgians, but it's not my favorite style...) They have a pretty diverse food menu, but what I've had has been almost uniformly over-cooked, almost to the point of inedibility. (I have more than once ordered a burger medium-rare and gotten a grey disk just this side of hockey-puck.) I've never eaten at the bar, but the waitresses I've had in the back room have been almost uniformly incompetent and uninformed. If you're working at a restaurant whose selling point is the beer selection, shouldn't you be familiar with and able to make recommendations about the beers to be selected from? Waitstaff I've had haven't been.
