  • They were fast and did good work. Four hour time window for scheduling, and tended to come at the end of the time window (I replaced 2 windshields on separate days - 11/4/15 and 11/5/15). But the incentives for an insurance replacement are pretty miserable. Funny thing is I didn't actually care about the incentive much, as they were a preferred vendor from USAA, but they gave out this incentive through discountdiningdollars.com which is a terribly horrible time suck and pretty much a waste of value. I got sucked into trying to figure it out and thinking about it, because it was a total "value" of $200, but now I want my 2 hours back. You guys need to drop this thing, it's messed up my impression of you and I'd go to AAA for free movie tickets or something next time instead.
