  • Just about what you'd expect from a Panera. It's always totally packed because it's right across from a busy mall, but they always seem to have enough seating when I go there. The staff always seems slightly overwhelmed, though, and could probably use some help. I wasn't even there at a peak meal time and the lines were long! The cashier was pleasant to me and made good small talk, but was clearly overwhelmed by her line. She also burned my bagel :(
