  • Okay normally I would never write a review about a retail clothing salesperson. They usually annoy me. But I love watches and I went to Fossil at fashion show mall while on vacation and Courtney helped me. Although I didn't end up buying any watches, as I was looking for something very particular, she was very patient, polite and optimistic the whole time. I felt like she "got" me and respected me. And that didn't stop when it was a "no sale". I know retail can be thankless work. But Courtney is doing Fossil proud. I hope they promote her and keep her. She more than deserves it! And that's a big compliment because if you read my ratings I am one tough customer. Thank you Courtney!!!
