  • I've been visiting this location since they opened. I live in the area, about seven minutes away. They had a different manager (Thomas) during the time. This location was always clean, great customer service, they would acknowledge when you walked, in, fresh food, and the food area and grill was always clean. Not this time, the grill was BLACK never seen it that way in all my years coming here. Thomas was promoted and a new manager is now in charge and THE PLACE IS A DISASTER!!!! I went in Sunday evening, 8 April, to pickup a bowl to go. No one acknowledge us as we walked in, the food area was a disaster, food droppings all over the counter, just a hot mess, food was not fresh, and they were out of cheese. I had to ask for them to get fresh corn and cheese, most of the foods were very low. You could see the bottom of the pans. I know for certain that when Thomas was the manager, food never got below 1/4 of the pan and he would have them bring out fresh food. The one employee adding the veggies had an attitude. The customer in line ahead of me mentioned that he had a bad attitude after I asked for fresh corn and cheese. Teh employee mumbled something and then threw his gloves as he stomped into the back in search for corn and cheese. That's when the customer turned to me to say, "He has a bad attitude, he's not happy about anything". The customer was also waiting for cheese. They announced that they were out of cheese and a couple of people in line walked out. I didn't have my phone to take a pic of the messy food area. I left my phone at home...damn it! The other customer and I were discussing how bad the place has been lately since Thomas left. I don't know who owns this location, but they need to get it together quickly. Hire a manager that cares about the place and the customers. Cafe Rio is closer than Chipotle. I don't go to Cafe Rio, because I like Chipotle better. Even when Chipotle was having bad press, I still went. If this continues, I will have a change of heart. Owners, if you are reading my post - get your sh*t together - FAST!
