  • I took four small dogs to be groomed. They shaved the pup after they called to say she was matted. (?) My other dog got a simple all one length haircut. Then our Chihuahua was bathed. Lastly, I let them know that my sons, Mini Schnauzer was to be groomed for a photo shoot. I got another call from Pawfect paws saying that Boone needed his legs shaved because they were severely matted. I told the lady on the phone to Please do not touch Boone and I was going to get a second opinion. I bought a shirt to cover the dog they already shaved. The next day I took the Schnauzer to Honey's Grooming Shack who said they charge extra to comb out bad mats but because Boone only had a few minor mats, nothing that couldn't be easily combed out they would not charge any extra. Here is the Schnauzer after his grooming. I believe Pawfect Pet Salon tries to Groom as fast as possible for more clients.
