  • Yesterday around 2:15 we had a twister that completely removed my neighbors carport ending up on my carport and roof. A lot of damage was done so I called the insurance co. and they sent Bobby from Thistle DKI. He was having a birthday dinner with his father but came out and removed the hazardous material hanging over my carport and roof. He was very professional and polite. It was dark but he managed to remove everything in a fast efficient way. I'm so pleased he came last night and would definitely call him any time I have a problem. Even though I took him away from his dinner, he was pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable. I had to move my car for fear of damaging it and when he was done, he offered to put it back in the carport as I don't see due to macular degeneration. He was so nice I had to let everyone know if you need someone professional and polite, he's your guy. Thank you Thistle for a great employee. Renee Russo
