  • I had an appointment with a specific person. When I got there the girl that was there. It was not explained to me that she was not feeling well. I finally asked, where was she? It was only then that I was told that she was not feeling well. When the girl finally came in, she never spoke. Very rude I thought. The guy who works there took care of my SNS nails. He did a terrible job!!!. He burned me twice with the nail instrument. My nails went from squoval shape to all different shapes. Some of them are rounded, two are squoval , some look like gumby (short on one side then longer on the other side). That is the last $40 bucks they will get from me. It's not even worth me going back there to get them corrected.
