When arriving we did get there earlier than 3:00 pm check in time. I politely asked the front desk lady who had bright blue lipstick on (very unprofessional) if we can check in early or be notified if our room becomes available earlier. She was bothered by me asking and interrupting her texting session she was having she was extremely rude and replied NO check in is at 3 PM. Our room was next to the elevators which we could hear going up and down all day and night. The walls are paper thin and on the other side of the room we could hear our neighbors entire conversations. The beds are extremely hard you are given 2 small lumpy pillows and there are stains all over the carpet. Night 2 we had a cockroach crawling in my shoe called front desk they send maintenance he picks it up and to his surprise its smaller than most he said. I requested for management to call me or come see me and nothing. We stayed for 3 nights. At check out nothing was said to me nor done as far as compensation. By far the worst stay/experience in Las Vegas. We were there for the EMS Expo and stayed there for the walking distance. Only plus is you don't pay for parking.. that's about it.
