  • My husband and I went to purchase a pair of cowboy boots for me in the middle of December 2014. We were helped by a very knowledgeable salesperson, JD (James). He gave us such great information on how to pick the right kind of boot and how they should fit. We left very satisfied...the impressive part was after the purchase. I took my boots back in after they were uncomfortable (I have a funny bump on top of foot that was aggravated) to see if they could be stretched. Not only were they helpful, they were superb. They sent them out to be stretched at no charge to us. When I came back in to check them, we were met with great information. They offered to send back if needed, but didn't want to stretch them too far, too fast. They have EXCELLENT customer service. The manager, (Aaron?) was wonderful as well. All the salespeople try to give you their best - JD was our favorite. When were walking around the store to see if my boots were comfortable, my husband decided to look at some for himself. JD ended up helping with purchase as well. He found him a great pair of boots for a great price. VERY happy customers. Note, while they specialize in western footwear/clothes - they have a good selection of other shoes (tennis shoes, Dansko style, etc.). They don't carry cheap items, so you will pay a moderate price for a great product (it might be considered pricey to some...it depends). My husband has a great pair boots and mine after stretching are a very custom fit boot. I highly recommend Lebo's!
