  • UPDATE-- Check out was was effortless. Obviously it takes a bit of time to check over the van, complete paperwork etc but everything went smoothly :) No hidden fees or charges. (We took a second to wipe off any crumbs or whatever may have fallen on the seats and gave the van a quick wipe down with a baby wipe.) Picked up two 12 passenger vans this afternoon. We arrived a little bit early but they quickly finished cleaning the vans and had them ready for us within minutes. Katarina, who I believe was in training, handled our paperwork without any problems. I had spoken to Michael on the phone earlier in the week to discuss some things that Katerina wasn't familiar with and she quickly confirmed it with him and made the necessary changes. People are quick to post negative experiences but don't often take the time to send praise. My girlfriends and I are about to start an epic weekend long adventure (300+in relay race plus a half marathon) and our experience with picking up our vans from Zoom has been a great start to it :) I will update as the weekend progresses :) Thanks Mike!
