  • I've been to quite a lot of spas around town. This one takes the cake! I didn't really expect much, as it was located near Vaughan Mills - I actually thought it was more of a retail spa, where they get you in and out ASAP. I was so wrong! The spa was beautiful - so calm and relaxing. We were walked to the waiting area and offered water, while our therapists were getting ready. The waiting area was so relaxing and cozy, I didn't even want to leave my chair for my appointment! My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage, and it was by far one of the best massages we have ever had! It was so relaxing, and the two therapists we had were amazing and very professional. At the end of our massage, they offered us two type of flavoured water and made sure that we were both feeling ok - I was very surprised that they took the extra time to talk to us and made sure that we were ok... Most of the spas I've been are very rushed - it's literally in and out. The customer service here is just absolutely amazing. I felt pampered from the minute I walked in, until the minute I walked out. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!
