  • Grand Montecito, you're FIRED! There is NO excuse for a business to have untrained and/or unempowered employees working the front desk. If you have time to see walk-in clients without an appointment, you can make time for a short notice refill on meds you have in stock. I told the incompetent customer service rep to have my files printed for me to pick up this afternoon because after almost 9 years with them, I'm finding a new vet. My records were waiting an hour later. No manager, supervisor or doctor wanted to know why one of their longest term clients was firing them.
