  • One word, SLOW! They are horribly slow and inefficient. On arriving they have two employees check people and four helping customers. There was five people waiting. When no one was coming in the people checking in stood around watching. I asked one if he could just check how much I owe on my phone, an easy task, he said no and went back to standing at the counter. My total wait to pay off my phone way 45min. Completely unreasonable on a Tuesday night.
