  • I HAVE to give this locstion 5 stars because they truly turned my day around. Success starts with guest service- and the service here was outstanding. The manager at the front desk was such a pleasure and made sure she got me the appointment I wanted. I had just left Zen in Huntersville and had a terrible experience with their front desk manager and when I called here in tears they were able to get me an appointment on short notice( I'm talking 15 mins out) while I wanted a 2 hours massage, they only had time for an hour today! But I booked my other other for Sunday! Thank you so much for going above and beyond for your guests and Welcome to Cornelius Zen!
