  • Did not grade the lot well. The entire block/several acres of storm water flows through my backyard when I warned them of this beforehand. The undeveloped land needs a temporary rain flow wall like they have in some spots already to direct the water away from the new homes. It should not be the new home owners responsibility to re do the lawn when the developer and their contractor cut corners.
