I don't think it gets any more Polish than this in Arizona--at least I haven't found a place that does. Coming from a predominantly Lithuanian family with relatives married to Polish people, the food here reminds me of Sunday afternoon family get-togethers in terms of authenticity and taste. The spot is very, very small, so you may have a wait. The menu is also very small and specialized. But what they serve is delicious and will not leave you hungry (or broke) when you leave. Their desserts are phenomenal. If I lived closer, I would probably be here quite a bit more often. Very heartening to see a family group all working together to make a business run! As for the review that mentioned a "crappy attitude" - Baltic people are very direct and no-nonsense, and don't follow the American way of attempting to "sugar-coat" everything. So while that may surprise some people, it doesn't this particular Lithuanian.
