  • I have been a customer of Clear for about 5 years. It started off with a much better speed, but as of a couple of years ago I noticed that it was running much slower. I thought it was my laptop just getting older until I went on vacation and saw my laptop perform with speed at the hotels. Now I have been home for over a month and it has gotten so slow that around 10 days ago I loose internet in the evening. I can hardly read my email. It is too slow for Facebook or Craigslist. I called and the tech told me that there was too much going on in my area at peak times. I don't care if they have peak times!!! I pay for internet service 24 hours a day. If you can't provide me service when I want on then why are you charging me? I am canceling my service ASAP. This is a worthless service.
