| - This place has the grounds to be awesome; the swings, the ice cream, the shakes, all seem amazing, First of all, I loved the fact that Carson St. bars were the name of the milkshakes, super clever. However, the customer service was a 1 out of 5, in my opinion.
There was a long line of customers and there were two girls serving. I was with my 11 year old niece and she was a bit indecisive about what she wanted, so the young lady copped a bit of an attitude when we weren't quite ready to order. She then went and sat down in customer seating and Face timed someone for about 10 minutes. So while the other poor young lady was slammed with customers (I was also left waiting), she was sitting on her phone doing God knows what. I heard a customer also ask her if she knew what was in a particular shake, and she said, "look on the wall."
Side note, there are two options for getting served. You can either get it in the milkshake form or as regular ice cream, However, when you just order the ice cream, its JUST the ice cream, no add ons like in the shake, which I think is stupid. It should be treated like a Sundae.
Also, when you finally get served, she hands you the shake with no straw or utensil and when I asked her where they were, they were all the way down at the other end. That should be adjusted. They should either hand you a straw, or have them ready, right there. Also, the milkshake is so thick that the straw doesn't work. So either bigger straws or not at thick of a shake. It defeats the purpose of a milkshake if you can't actually use a straw.
Would I come back and give this place another try? Sure. They are relatively new but definitely have something things to work on.
