  • This was my first visit to see Dr. Crum. I have only used over-the-counter-readers and I'm finding my eyesight is not as good as it used to be...so I figured it was time for a visit to an eye dr. Dr. Crum was recommended by my friend, so I gave it a try! I was really impressed by the high technology testing they did to check my eyes. We didn't have to dilate, as they still got good enough readings on my eye health. Dr. Crum explained everything as we went along and asked me plenty of questions. By the time it came time to pick out my frames, I was already a very happy camper. The office/optical staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! They were also very patient as I tried one pair of glasses after another to find just the right one! :) Finally, I found the frame I liked, but it was purple...not crazy about that color for my glasses...so the staff member suggested that I come back the next day and she would get the other colors that were available in that design so that I could try them. She had a manufacturer's rep bring the whole set of colors for my comparison. That is going above and beyond! I haven't received the finished product yet, but if this visit is any indication, I will be more than satisfied.
