  • This is not an emergency room if you have a real emergency I suggest you go else where my sons eye was poked by my daughter about 2 months ago. we arrived at 9pm we checked ourselves out at 5 am after only having been seen by nurses and all they did was move us room to room. The doctor never came they never checked his eye I almost blew up in one of the rooms at how ridiculously cold it was in the last one they put us in. We ended up leaving with no treatment for my son all they kept saying was the doctor would be in and not once did she come. Oh but let me tell you the best part we were charged 900 plus dollars for seeing their beautiful cold rooms. That was the best tour I've ever had of 4 rooms for the price of 979. If you guys can afford it i suggest you ask for the tour as well maybe you will see the west wing in yours. 1 star for cleanliness 1 more star for some of the people that work here.
