  • I was referred to this nail salon by a coworker. Upon me entering I was greeted by the pregnant nail tech. They salon is very nice but in my opinion it's too big. I think they have about 13 nail stations and 20 pedicure chairs. Their waiting area is to small I think it seats about 6 people or so. It feels very overwhelming. I request a fill in and a color change on my toes. She said that it would be 20 minutes. I was serviced in 20 minutes. There was about 6 nail technicians and all were booked. One nail technician came from the back and then she assisted me. We had good conversation while she was painting my toes. No complimentary beverage of any sort was offered to me. She tells me that they are closing early due to Halloween. I'm like huh? After she took the nail polish off my toes and buffed them she forgot to wash my feet off. One she realized that she needed to wash my feet, she proceeded to do so. Rookie mistake. My nail technician approached me by the name of Anne. When Anne approached me she looked at my nails and I tell her that two were cracked. She said they are too long. First of all I didn't ask you your opinion about the length of my nails. We go sit at her station near the sinks. She ask if I wanted a cut down? I said sure. I showed her the length I wanted her to cut them to and she proceeded to cut down further than I wanted. After she clips with a nail clipper, then she drills them down and then files them. So with that being said they are super short. I asked her how long has she been doing nails and she said over 10 years. She proceeded to fill in my nails which she didn't even go all the way down to my cuticles. So now 2 hours later it looks like I need a fill in. I felt rushed because it was "Halloween". I am not happy with my nails at all. I will revisit the nail salon one more time ONLY for them to fix their mistakes. After that I will not go back nor will I refer anyone. I felt like she should have asked more questions to see what I wanted, instead of her doing what she wanted to do.
