rev:text	I wouldn't give any stars, but it is not an option.....I wish I had read the reviews before contacting these people. I contacted them for a mobile mechanic. They indicated that it would need to be taken to their shop so it can be further diagnosed. When they called back, they indicated that it would cost nearly $400. I felt that the price was too high so I asked that they not move forward and I would like my car back. Raff proceeded to YELL AND SCREAM AT ME that the car parts were already out of the car and that they wouldn't put it back. It was so difficult to understand him. I asked them why did they illegally attempt to repair the car without my authorization and was met with a response that "We did not do anything illegal! We can't fix the car if you're not wanting us to fix the car!" This is AFTER THEY REMOVED PARTS FROM MY CAR AND THEN REFUSED TO PUT ANYTHING BACK BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED THAT IT BROKE WHEN THEY WERE DIAGNOSING IT. Now I have to tow my car to another mechanic just to be fixed. My car is now in WORSE SHAPE than when I had initially made the call to these people. I recommend that people who have been ripped off make a report to the BBB and have these people fined! I would also like to mention that their mechanic attempted to explain calmly what had happened because the old man with the accent was EXTREMELY RUDE! DO NOT GO HERE! I only hope that when I get a ride back to my car to meet the tow company, that my car has not been further vandalized and that my car is still there. I am almost wanting to contact the police before I go there because the old man is extremely aggressive and uses a violent tone when communicating!!!!!
