  • I quite like this store. I live near the mall & it's very convenient for me. I had a problem with a silver necklace that I bought & was shipped to my house. It showed up scratched and the little silver coach tag was detached. I didn't even get a receipt in the box (purchased over phone from yorkdale). The SA showed me a newer one in better condition & I was able to exchange it no problem-even without a receipt. This store isn't as big as others but they seem eager to bring things in for you that they don't have on hand. I recommend this location.
