  • The customer service was exceptional. Joe the owner and his son A.J. take customer service to a whole new level. I was headed to California for the weekend and ended up blowing out my driver side tire. J & J was the nearest shop, so I gave them a go (and was sooo glad I did) I was in and out within 15-30mins tops. They offered my a solid deal on new tires with 50K mile warranty. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thanks guys!
