extremely pushy sales people. They are not hair stylist they are not trained nor expert estheticians. They're "pressure sellers" only! they don't want to let you go until you buy something. the products they sell. especially for your skin should be thoroughly researched on! they cost thousands of dollars without any proof of clinical studies. the sales people will push you to a payment plan. they also don't care or listen to anything you have to say or ANSWER when they ask you something...they continue to say the same rehearsal speech! I read up on their hair extensions, it's not worth what they want to sell them for. I read up on their flat iron too, you can search them on YouTube. if you really want a high quality flat iron, they do carry it. But BEWARE when you walk in there the sales people will push you to buy buy buy more. I went in there to ask a simple question after buying the flat iron and one of their sales people ran the flat iron over my hair again AFTER I just said I had already flat ironed my hair already! They did not listen and as a result burned my hair right off!! All they know is to push products on you and have you try stuff on your hair, & your face... We only have ONE FACE would you really let them put creams on your face after I told them I flat ironed my hair.. they continue to do what they want and they burn my hair off?? I'm really concerned about how they approach customers. Perhaps, they have good products. But, I doubt it since they don't let you leave without anything.. it doesn't add value to products they carry at all! I do not trust them at all and would never recommend anyone go there. If you're looking for qualified consultants message me I can recommend better people than these clowns asking you to dish out 3,000$ and more!
