  • This review is for the observation deck not the restaurant. The tickets for the Eiffel tower are buy one get one free when you stay at the hotel. Be sure to take advantage of this offer. Vern (who was operating the elevator) knew the history of every hotel on the strip and was asking the guests to test his knowledge. The best time to go up to the observation deck is around 5 pm, because you can stay up there to see the sunset and the Bellagio water show. Everyone was very polite and helpful up on the observation deck, they answered questions & gave history of the city and they'll even take pictures for you if you ask. We went on Valentines day and there was zero line when we were there. The gift shop is on the casino floor and they even had mark downs on souvenirs (t-shirts, glasses, shot glasses, etc.) That was a nice surprise. For a beautiful view of the strip this is definitely a must see.
