  • I work in uptown so this is a very convenient way to get my hair done. I honestly really liked my hair before I got it cut but I had a lot of split ends that needed to be removed and was looking for a slight color change. I wanted still very long flowy, curly, ombre\balayage style but I needed to cover up some grey as well. All of this I explained to him. I ended up getting my roots done and regular foil highlights. So my hair is lighter on the top and darker on the bottom. The exact opposite of what I wanted. Plus the highlights turned out too brassy because he didn't let them process long enough. My largest complaint is the cut IT IS AWFUL!!!! I can get my hair recolored but it will take 6 months to a year to grow back out what he cut off. He literally spent 5 minutes cutting my hair if that. The edges are very sharp. I do a better job cutting my daughters hair and all I have done is watch youtube videos. He books to many people to close together. I was in and out of there in one hour. Never in my life have I ever been in a hair salon for less than 3 hours when I get all over color, highlights, and a cut (I have a ton of hair). He did come highly recommended by a friend who loves her hair so I guess it's just your taste in hair styles or how picky you are. If you are picky I recommend going someplace else where they will take the time to listen to what you want and not have 2 other people waiting to have their hair done while you are getting yours cut. The place was very nice and he was super friendly, no complaints there. I decided not to go back to try to get him to fix it after reading the other review on here.
