  • I'm not the most handy person, so I don't find myself in places like Lowe's very often. I was in this store a few weeks ago and saw a rug for my living room, that I really liked. I had seen others elsewhere, but they were very expensive. I came back to Lowe's last night to take another look at the rug. I ended up purchasing it as I had wonderful customer service from a guy named Tim. He was able to measure it for me and confirm that the price on the tag and the rug on the display, truly matched. The rug seemed bigger than what the dimensions on the tag said. Tim also showed me where their kitchen and outdoor rugs were. I bought the one for the kitchen, but I'll have to keep looking for the one for outside my front door. Tim got me a cart and loaded my 2 rugs in there. The gal who checked me out was also extremely friendly and even offered to have someone help load the rug into my car for me. Clean store, friendly staff and great prices...I will be back!
