  • I am not rating Starbucks as an organization, but this particular location and its particular team. The staff are wonderful and if you go there often enough, they'll definitely remember your usual order, if you have one, and your name. The location is super convenient for me, right on the way to things, and generally the line isn't too bad. It is right by the hospital and under the Marriott hotel - on the way to Downtown, Oakland, the Highway, etc. It's a Starbucks, not much else to say. The seating is super limited. Only one 4-top table and a 2-top, at the time of this review.
