My 1st review I had barely enrolled my daughter here, but after dealing with them for 3 months I've decided to take her out. At first the tuition was the issue because I was quoted a certain price for the first two initial weeks cause my schedule would be different from training, than after that I'd be switching to M-W, & Saturday. The lack of communication between the admin and employees caused issues with my tuition prices. Also a handful of times I would pick up my daughter and the adult to child ratio was off. About a month ago I was even told by one of their own employees they were short handed because 3 people had quit over the weekend. The only reason we kept my daughter here so long was because we needed a place that was open Saturdays and it was down the street from my job. Now that my husband is no longer working Saturdays, I went in today to unenrolled my daughter. It was my first time ever encountering the owner and she was not pleasant at all. Sarah the admin lady got really upset and began having major attitude with me while explaining the tuition issue. Neither of them where present when the cost was discussed and kept arguing with me about it. They also added a few things on my initial contract that I signed in the beginning, saying certain prices were discussed when they never were. Some of the employees and especially Michelle were great. Unfortunately we weren't able to just pull my daughter out today, we had to give a two week notice. We are just paying for the two weeks and eating the cost. I refuse to have my daughter return to this place.
