  • I find it very disrespectful when people are late for their commitments without a call or a text. Would have appreciated a text to say running late would you prefer to reschedule because we value your time as our customer. The hairstylist was new and lacking in professionalism as well and had to keep verifying every decision which delayed the process even more which caused more of a time suck/ delay. I had already been there for almost an hour and she still hadn't prepped or suited up definitely had to leave... Grrr! Wasted morning! Don't get me wrong you all should still come they do really great work. Just maybe schedule it on a day you have more time.
