  • I'm in from out of town and needed a foot touch-up. I was very nervous about using someone new and mo personal referral. After searching online, I decided on The Parlor. Emmanuel did a great job with my color and cut. However, when I got home, I noticed my grays were still showing around my hairline and in my "sideburn" area. I called the salon back and they were able to get me back in the same day. Emmanuel treated the areas again and did a wash and style. The salon and he were apologetic and very professional. I will go back if I need to next time I'm in town. The fact that Emmanuel and they did a great job and were professional about correcting a problem earned my return business.
