When I went to H.R. about how they jipped me on the money they owe, she blocked my email and referred me to their attorney. Way to show you care about your employees. They will force people to buy stuff they don't want and then when you decide you don't want it they charge you. I am not the only one they have screwed around on them posting what they owe. The real reason they hold your refund for so long is they have to find any possibly reason not to give it back, like the stiff they fixed and then forced you to take. They also gain interest on your money while it sits in their account. They are making money off of you ever which way they can. The money he "donates" he uses as a tax write off so he gets that money back. The better business bureau he has control of what you can post. Just give it a try. It will send you to different links. Then that furniture you returned they will force off on the next person at of course new price. So let's say you bought a mattress, had it delivered, you sleep on it for 6 months. You decide it's killing your back cause it's not what they promised. Now they will charge you to have their delivery drivers come pick it back up. They will bring it back and wipe off any real noticeable spots on top. Now they will put it in a bad and sell it as new to the next customer. Hopefully you didn't have any bed bugs or contagious virus. Now they have made money off of you "renting" a mattress. They also made money off of your money sitting in their bank hating interest. So they can sell you furniture at a discounted price (same as any other used furniture store). Now he's not making that much money off of his scheme. Not those discounts you get don't come from him he charges the delivery guys this discounts. Sounds reasonable. If he stood behind his furniture wouldn't it come out of his pocket? The managers that run the company have little to none management experience or training cause who has enough experience to train anybody else? They will bread about how much money you make, true story. You figure in you also work 70+ hours a week, I would hope you make double what you have made at a job before. Now you get your check and are too exhausted to enjoy it or you don't a day off where you could spend some of that hard earned money on your loved ones. This company is nothing a ponzie scheme. I hope of your trading this and debating about either doing business with them or looking to work for him. You will understand this is not the company you should make a career out of.
