  • High prices and refusal to offer the 10% military discount that every other best buy Ive been to offers earns this place 1 star. Came in to purchase an otterbox case for my s7 edge. I found one, but it was priced almost 20% more than Frys, Target and Staples. They did a price match, which was cool, but then wouldnt offer the customary discount Ive recieved at every other best buy. Cashier said that none - anywhere - offer this discount. I spoke with a manager who told me that they currently do not offer a military discount and never have. Kind of lame. Best Buys corporate site seems to claim it is up to each location whether they want to offer this discount. Well, you have a 1 star review and will be getting no more of my business until you change this policy to be in line with most othet best buys.
