  • Where do I even begin? This was my husband and I's first experience purchasing a home and had ABSOLUTELY no clue where to start. We initially didn't plan to purchase until the end of 2015 and started our process with Shyla in January 2015 just wanting to get some information. She was extremely flexible and eager to help so we set up a time to meet. She came locked and loaded with answers to every question we had (and even the ones we didn't know to ask!). We truly appreciated her openness and honesty with everyone. She gave us her best advice and we trusted her whole heartedly. Through every step of the process she was ON TOP OF IT--flexible, easy going, friendly..and most importantly, we knew in our hearts that she truly CARED. At times I was convinced she wanted to find us the perfect home more so than we did. Everyone always complains about the "home buying process" and I am the first to say that I can see how it could be a nightmare if you have the wrong realtor..but if you find someone like Shyla who you KNOW is on your TEAM there is nothing to worry about. I can't say enough about her, her professionalism, and work ethic. I appreciate everything she did for us. I can honestly say our home buying experience was nothing short of a dream. Perfect in every definition of the word..and we have Shyla to thank for that.
