We used to own a town home on the property and thought we would head back to re-visit and see what has changed. Everything looked pretty much the same and the outdoor area still offered a beautiful setting. We came for breakfast and it was good. Our server was terrific which made it that much better. He said they had done away with the "Indian style" food a few years back and the menu was changed. It is a somewhat limited menu, but had enough to suit us.
We opted for two of their skillet style plates. I had the Smoked Brisket Hash n' Eggs - two eggs any style, smoked brisket and country potato hash, horseradish. My husband had their Cowgirl skillet - spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, caramelized onions, goat cheese that they made for him with scrambled egg whites. The food was good, the service better and the setting even better. It made for a nice morning relaxing on their patio. I can imagine that it might get quite noisy at the pool on some days, but this was Sunday after Thanksgiving so I'm guessing many people were departing as it was delightful!
