  • Every time I am in Vegas I make a point to stop by the Shrine located behind Serendipity and in front of Caesars Palace. I am not Buddhist but it has a very calming effect on me and it feels so peaceful in the middle of all the Vegas chaos. There are plenty of incense sticks and matches to light them. There is also a "donation" or "offering" box just to the left of the "front" of the shrine. This is not for used matches as I initially thought (no I did not put any in.) Different times of the year it has different or more decorations than others but always has a plethora of elephant statues, I think this is one of the reasons why I love it here so much.
