| - These people tell you one thing and do another. I fell in love with a house for rent and was told it was currently rented and would be available on a specific date. I went to see this house that was supposed to then be finally empty, and when I got there, the property was actually still occupied, and the property manager was completely unaware of this and went back and forth with office staff. By this point, I had already given notice to my current landlord and scheduled movers, and paid my deposits and rent for the first 2 months only to get a call while I was on vacation to hear a new story and have to make changes to my plans. Here we are a month later and I have finally moved in over the weekend, but things that were supposed to be there, are not, but they most certainly remind you that you (the tenant) are responsible for everything. So, at what point is this company responsible? The property manager said maintenance was flexible. Another lie, I received an email stating they are available M-F with limited hours. I have only one feeling to describe this move: DISAPPOINTMENT. I hope it gets better since I opted for an extra long lease.
Update: A vendor that was scheduled to come out for a week arrived and asked where the parts were. Apparently, Waypoint reps are worse at communication than they are customer service. REALLY REALLY REGRETTING THIS MOVE!
