I came here on Friday and Sunday, Friday was to destroy the must go to trucks and Sunday was to hangout with friends who couldn't come on Friday. I showed up at 3pm, an hour before opening and there was already a line for White Castle. Standing in line then compared to what I saw on Sunday was rediculous and for anyone who says that you can just buy their frozen sliders at a store is wrong. It tastes so much better but I'll save that for a White Castle review.
There were two entrances, not too hard to figure out because all you had to do was circle around the gates until you hit the entrance. I competely ignored the carnival aspect, except when a Red Dragon volunteer wanted to ride it. I was happy that the beer was only $4. If you come here you should already expect to wait in a long line for food, the smartest thing to do would be to roll in a pack and wait individually at whichever food truck and whenever someone finally gets the items, you go back to your friends and drop food off then wait in another line.
I appreciate gathering of Food Trucks such as these events, especially when they're out of state. I skipped the local food trucks except for Oso Ono but for a three day pass of only $10, I'll definitely be back at the next foodie fest.
