  • I ordered on Postmates this evening. I was looking forward to a royal w/cheese and thousand island dressing. My wife ordered a shphards pie. When the food arrived there was no thousand island or gravy. I called after my delivery and was met with a lack luster apology. The concept of being asked to specify sauce on an order not receiving it just screams a lack of attention to detail. I like this place and their food has overall been good, but I'm not sure I can return after such an oversight in their service and a lack of attention to detail for their online customers; and a gross lack of understanding when they ruin a patrons dinner. I was looking forward to stuffing my fat face with gravy and thousand island dressing, but you ruined my experience and expressed that you don't care. Sincerely, A Dissatisfied Customer
