  • "Beware, Stay Away from this urgent care in San Tan Valley,", the level of care is below standards, they want your money instead of providing the care necessary to make you feel better, the office manager and the providers in this office doesn't care about you as a patient, the providers doesn't want to talk to you on the phone after you have been seen, if you have a concern of the treatment that you received then call and leave several messages to the president/owner , he will not call you back, he doesn't care either, the level of service is going down, they had excellent doctors who have left and move on. the providers now are terrible!!!!! the providers even the nurse pa doesn't have no customer service relationship skills, they just want to you to get out as faster as you enter the clinic. my suggestion don't waste your time and money at this clinic, if you have to drive, go to another urgent care or a major hospital ,not this one.!!!!!!! I am so glad that i left this clinic and found another one in a short distance.
