  • Paula, the manager, is a superstar and this entire review is dedicated to her and her team!!! I needed to place a catering order for over 100 people for a work event and every step of the way Paula was there for me and was incredibly helpful. When I first called for a quote she helped me get a discount and worked with me on my budget. When I placed a large order that was half pick-up, half delivery she said 'no problem' When I called to update the order she was calm and collected. When I called on her day off, her assistant already knew the whole story and took notes and made the additional updates to the order. When I called to confirm the order everything was in place, including all of my updates! When I arrived to pick up half of the order at 5 in the morning SHE WAS THERE! When, at 5am, I decided to pick up part of the delivery order, SHE SAID 'NO PROBLEM'!!! When the delivery part of the order arrived a few hours later, it was all correct and the delivery man knew about the whole order and was very helpful and kind. We had coffee, bagels, cream cheese, pastries, and fruit and it was all lovely. Quite frankly, the quality of the food was not my concern, I needed a large amount of food in a complicated fashion prepared accurately and people that would assure me that everything was going to work out. That is exactly what I got with Paula and her team. Thank you Paula!!
