  • I ordered a birthday cake online on June 14th to pick up on June 21st at 12pm. I came to pick up an hr early. I was told that I needed to pick up exactly the time that was in the order. I was a little annoyed but that was fair. I went next door to get lunch and I came back at noon. They got the nerves to tell me it's not ready and I can come back at 1pm. REALLY??? By that time, I was livid! They wanted me to wait another hr in the 110+ heat!?! I demanded my refund. Their ice creams and cakes aren't that great for me to get treated like that!
