  • Complaint I just came back from a 3 day trip to Las Vegas and even though, i prepaid for the budget car rental through 'last minute travel', the agent 'Anna' at Las Vegas McCarran budget car rental center charged me loss damaged waiver $90.31. I specifically denied insurance and told the agent Anna that I've my own insurance. I'm sure she did this maliciously and probably cause she's getting commission but I would never rent from budget again. I would advice everyone to not rent from budget and if you're really desperate to double and triple check your rental agreement. I know, you are on vacation and you expect these agents to do their job of what you're telling 'em but do not ever trust a budget agent again. I called the customer service #800 and filed a complaint against the agent and requested a full refund. Let's see if that happens or I'll to dispute the charge via my credit card. One thing is for sure, for hiring a dishonest agent and letting these cheating practices go on, I'll never rent a car from budget and needless to say, recommend anyone to do the same. These are third world practices and budget for letting these malicious/ cheating practices to go on, has become a low, run of the mill company!
