  • Me and the Hubs venture to the Strip every so often just to come here. We're crazy cause there's always a long wait and this place is always packed. One would think all that for a simple egg breakfast/ sandwich? But I have to tell you there's nothing simple about these sandwiches! We get the Fairfax which has scrambled eggs, cheese, chives, caramelized onions and Sriracha mayo on a brioche bun. As simple as it sounds it's delicious!!! I'm only giving 4 stars because the last time I ate here my eggs had shells scrambled into them...
