  • I live in Portland and most of my family still live in Vegas. My siblings were throwing my mom a big party and I wasn't able to make it and completely forgot to even send a gift. I know, what a great daughter right? Well, I heard about Urban Palm through some Vegas friends and figured I'd give them a call. I was so happy I did!! Chris answered the phone and was extremely helpful and made sure to find out exactly what I needed, which was very specific items that I wished to buy as gifts for my mom. The "PALM" (what they call the assistant) I was provided with was Jenn. She hunted down every single item on my list, wrapped them and personally delivered them to my mother along with a big warm hug! My mom told me that Jenn was the most delightful young lady she's met in a long time and that (only half jokingly) she wants adopt her as her daughter to replace me. :-/ Every step of the way Urban Palm was extremely polite and professional. I will definitely be using them again and I strongly encourage you to as well.
