  • When I see a location with a lot of stars, even though I know that the ratings on Yelp can be inflated, I am hopeful to find a good place. Unfortunately I was disappointed here, not only because I didn't get a good haircut despite paying more to get one of their better stylists, but because the higher level stylist are actually helping the new stylists so they leave you to go work on some other stylists client. So I paid more, it took more time, and I walked out a cut that was just below the mediocre level. I had called ahead of time and asked if someone could cut my style hair. I said I wanted a more experienced stylist. I was told there were two people at the highest level and both had decades of experience and I was assured they knew how to cut my hair. I was given a haircut by a female senior stylist, I forget her name. She must have had a bad day as she scowled and would barely exchange 2 words with me the entire time. She left several times to go help some other stylist, one time it was to put product in hair - I watched, and she went over, took the bottle from the stylist, and put it in the client's hair, then came back They have stylists cutting hair that don't know how to put product in? She didn't listen to anything I asked for with my hair cut, she left it with some areas too long, others too short, and not a cohesive nice looking cut which meant I had to put extra effort into styling and it never looked good. I had to wait for my to grow out some then go to a stylist that could make my hair look nice. Sorry, I just can't recommend this place at all.
